Q: Do you offer OEM or ODM service ? A: Yes, most of our products can be customized according to your requirements.
Q: Can I get a sample before placing an order ? A: We can provide free samples for quality check as long as you cover the shipping cost. But if you want a sample according to your customization, there will be set-up fee which will be refunded upon mass production.
Q: How will you pack the products ?
A: Normally, we will pack the products in neutral cartons with good protection. If you have special requirements for packing, please kindly inform us ahead so that we will pack as your requests.
Q: When will my order be shipped ?
A: The lead time will be about 20 calendar days under normal circumstances. If your order is urgent, we can also arrange it as a priority. Please contact our sales for a more exact timeline.
