A:Our MOQ usually comes to 100 pcs, but we accept the small order quantity for test.
Q:How do l know if you ship out my order?
A:If the goods send by air or express,we will send you the tracking number (DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS etc.) or Air Waybill or B/L by Sea will be sent to you as soon as your goods are shipped out, we also follow up the delivery and keep you informed. The helpful after service is provided-We support what very sell.
Q:What's your sample time?What's your delivery time?
A:2-4 days for sample, and 20-30 days for mass production. It's depends on the quantity and design.
Q: Can you design for me?
A: Yes, we can design according to your requirement, also can add your company name, telephone, trademark, etc. We accept
customized order.
Q : How do I inspect my goods?
A : You can inspect by visit factory by person, or ask third party to inspection, or by picture inspection.
Q : How to place my order?
A : 30% deposit first,Then we start production, nearly finished with 2 days, 70% balance will be paid before shipping.
