At the same time, each batch of goods is accompanied by a "shipping list," which is convenient for you to count when receiving the goods. Cooperation should be based on trust. We will not intentionally send less of anything. When friends are counting the goods, please also pay attention not to randomly put things here and there, or to be chaotic, where you count and I count, once again emphasize: trust is the basis, please friends before shooting to consider.
Second, regarding stockouts: We don't want to experience stockouts either, as we have a wide variety of products and a lot of orders. When we receive an order, we clearly see that there are stocks available, but then, as we are shipping, stockouts occur. Therefore, we will not notify you separately for the stockout parts; we will ship them directly. The "Shipping List" will indicate this, and we also keep a record ourselves. Upon receiving the goods, our friends can apply for refunds according to the listed items on the list. We do not provide separate postage compensation for stockouts. If there are a lot of stockouts, we will communicate with you in time to decide whether to ship this batch of goods or not.
III. About the goods receipt: When receiving the goods, whether by courier or logistics, please ensure that you inspect the goods on the spot. First check the goods against the "Shipping List" before signing for them (especially for damaged boxes, be sure to count carefully). If there are any problems after signing, if the courier or logistics staff is present, please immediately contact us through the phone number on the "Shipping List". If there are any concerns after signing, please do not sign, and we will not be responsible for any shortfalls. If you have any concerns, please do not sign, thank you for your understanding.
For customers who are really concerned, it is recommended to choose logistics and insure the goods before shipping. Upon arrival, inspect the goods on the spot. In this way, if there is any loss or damage, the logistics company will provide corresponding compensation. The significance of insurance with express delivery companies is not great, but there will also be corresponding subsidies if there is any damage or loss.
Attention! The signature is invalid! Please ensure that you inspect the goods before signing for them. Otherwise, if you claim damage after signing, the courier or logistics company will not make any compensation! Even if you try to negotiate with us afterwards, it will be useless!
After some customers sign, they find damage or loss and want us to compensate. We can't afford it. We do network wholesale, and the profit is so little. Loss or damage should be the responsibility of the logistics company or courier company. The only thing we can do is assist in claiming compensation. 4. About the return and exchange of goods: Wholesaling profits are very thin, and once the goods are sold, there will be no returns or exchanges. We will strive to pack them as carefully as possible. It is inevitable that there will be some damage in the transportation process. We will not assume any responsibility for transportation damage! The problem of logistics is a headache for every enterprise. In our eyes, each piece of goods sent is a treasure, but in the logistics or courier transportation process, it is a common occurrence to press and fall. Unless the logistics or courier company provides compensation for the damaged goods, we cannot assume the responsibility and cannot promise to return or exchange. If the product with quality problems is returned, the freight cost will be paid by our side. Goods that meet the return conditions will be discounted to the payment, counted as the next payment or refund.
5. About Inquiries: Due to the large volume of sales, we provide a ten-day sales data list once. Unless there are quality issues, we do not accept inquiries for orders beyond ten days.
6. Specification of Product Color or Style: The product color or style is randomly assigned, and we will try to distribute as many different colors and styles as possible. The color of the product image is for reference only and does not guarantee that the actual shipping color will be completely consistent with the image. If the color or style does not match, we will not provide exchanges or returns. If the customer has special requirements, we will try to meet them within the scope of our capabilities. If it cannot be met, we will not accept exchanges or returns just because the product type is not wrong.

7. About the receipt of goods information: The receipt of goods information must be accurate and without error. When we ship the goods, we will only rely on the receipt of goods information displayed on this order page or Taobao.
