Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are direct OEM&ODM manufacturing factory and exporter.

Q2: May I get one sample for quality checking?
A: It's no problem. After the confirmation of price, you can require for samples to check our quality.
The samples in stock are free , and the freight shall be paid by you.

The customized products need the sample fee, and you will pay the freight. If the order quantity is greater than 500 pieces, the
customized sample fee will be returned.

Q3: How soon we can get a sample?
A: Usually, the sample production takes about 3-7 workdays.In addition, the express delivery takes about 5-7 days.

Q4: What's your trade terms?
A: FOB, EXW, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP, It can be negotiation by your convenient.

Q5: What's payment term?
1. TT payment :30% deposit in advance and the 70% balance should be paid before shipping 2. Alibaba's Trade Assurance 3. Paypal
