样品费用：

02加工定做1、样品费用由于款式及生产工艺复杂程度不同，因此样品费用为200元-1000元。
2、确认订单可返还样品费用。
定做数量：单款1000件（以具体款式为准）

目前无法提供以下服务,敬请知悉。
1. 指定日期、时间的配送
2. 订单付款成功后，修改非同城收货地址（若订单商品已在配送途中，同城地址也将无法进行更04 配送说明 改） 

注意：
1. 韵达速递无法送达的地区，只配送到附近网点，需买家自行到快递网点提货。
2. 若遇特殊天气（如雨雪天气、地震等），交通管制等特殊因素影响时，配送时间会有延长，具体请以配送公司到达时间为准。
3. 本公司保留更换快递公司的权利，实际配送快递公司，请旺旺咨询客服！

05 会员权益

注：店铺产品均为实价，特价/活动产品，定做商品等不参与会员打折.

01声明

本流程仅适用于非定做产品（定做以双方约定为准，默认非质量问题，不支持退换）.

02售后时效

签收后48小时内发现质量问题，联系客服登记处理，确认质量问题的支持退款/换（本公司承担运费）.

03退换条件

义乌市昕越饰品有限公司消费者提供7日无理由退货服务.
对以下情况的商品，恕不提供退换服务：
1. 已使用、人为损坏的商品

2. 因顾客自身原因而造成的质量问题 
3. 收到货物超过7天的商品
4. 没有将商品清单一并寄回，或没有在商品清单上注明退货原因及退货数量
5. 商品的外包装、配件及附赠品有缺损
6. 定做的商品

1. 请确认想要退货的商品是否退换相应条件
2. 联系客服登记相关换货信息（请您务必联系客服人员办理）
3. 登陆您的1688账号选择商品点击退货，退款原因选择”与卖家协商一致“
4. 待退款专员同意您的申请之后将退货商品退回至以下地址.（拒收到付件！）
5. 寄出商品后需再次进入退货页面点击【填写物流信息】，填写物流公司、物流单号、联系电 话
6. 在我们收到您的退货商品并审核通过（确认配件齐全，不影响二次销售）之后，按照规定时 间内为您办理退款。
※ 您申请的退货被拒绝，可能是因为申请方式不符合相关规定，请您尽快联系客服，以免耽误 退款进度。

由于换货问题需要确认商品库存情况， therefore, please contact the customer service staff.
On the premise that the customer service personnel confirm that the goods you need to replace are in stock, please cooperate with us to do the following:
1. Contact customer service to register relevant exchange information (color, quantity, exchange address, recipient, contact number, etc.).
2. After receiving the Wangwang message sent by the customer service staff, please send back the exchanged goods and the filled-in return and exchange application form (check the goods to be exchanged) as soon as possible.

3. After the goods are sent out, please contact Customer Service again to inform the waybill number of the goods sent back so that we can track the returned goods and operate the exchange for you faster.
4. After the warehouse receives the returned goods and reviews them, it will be sent out as soon as possible. Please check them carefully.
※ Important note:
a) during the whole exchange process, please do not perform any operations on the 1688 system. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service.
B) do not apply for a refund during the replacement process, otherwise the replacement operation will not be carried out.
c) if the goods have not been sent out within seven days after the registration and replacement, we will be deemed to give up the replacement.
d) you shall bear the return shipping fee and the return shipping fee.
