can I customize the logo?

Is the product free shipping?

A: The quotation of all our products is not included in the freight cost, so it is not free shipping. Please contact our customer service staff for the specific postage, according to the actual order weight, square number, the delivery address calculates the freight, and our business staff will try their best to help you arrange more cost-effective direct leased line logistics.
If the purchase quantity is small, arrange express delivery; If the volume of purchased products reaches more than one cubic meter, arrange logistics delivery, and the delivery logistics can choose to pick up or deliver to your door; In addition, logistics usually arrives at the local municipal city, if you are in a remote area, you can go to the local area and then transfer to the local logistics.

What about after-sales maintenance?
Answer: The products produced by our factory are all original, with a one-year warranty, and some products can enjoy replacement and repair. Wholesale customers should be handled by agents after sales first. Our factory will provide some vulnerable accessories free of charge. If a certain number of products are accumulated, they will be returned to the factory for repair or replacement in batches, and the after-sales freight will be borne separately, that is, you are responsible for the returned freight, and our factory will bear the freight. According to the usual sales and production experience, the quality of ex-factory products has been strictly tested, and the proportion of return and exchange is very low.
