If you are not satisfied with any place, you can raise it. We all cooperate to achieve win-win. We will try our best to make you satisfied. If you give a neutral evaluation and negative evaluation directly without communication, we will consider it as a malicious evaluation and launch a complaint! And cancel all after-sales services. Dear, do not send it back in the case of individual problems. We will not accept this situation. We hope you understand that we do not need to waste money on postage.

2. About Customer Service: If your inquiry is not responded to in time, it may be due to a large number of inquiries at that time or system malfunctions. For urgent matters, please contact by phone. All contact information for the store is valid.

3. Regarding the receipt of goods, please open the express or parcel before signing to check if there is any damage, shortage, or incorrect items. The risk of damage, shortage, or incorrect items is borne by the seller before (the buyer signs). After the delivery (after the buyer signs), the buyer assumes the risk, and the seller is not responsible for these risks. If you encounter the situation of signing first and then opening the packaging to check, the buyer should require the courier to supervise and open the packaging on the spot. If any inconsistencies are found, it should be promptly contacted with the seller and noted on the receipt, and the courier should sign to confirm.

4. About the shipping time: Orders can be shipped by 5 PM if the product is available in the warehouse. Orders after 5 PM will be shipped the next day. For products with insufficient stock or those that need to be re-produced, the delivery date will be determined based on the communication with you.
