2. Are all shipped randomly? Can I choose a style?

3. Logistics timeliness?
Ordinary express delivery usually takes 1-2 days to arrive in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, 3-5 days in other areas and 5-10 days in remote areas.
4. When will the goods be delivered?
About delivery: We promise to deliver the goods by lightning within 48 hours. The Logistics parts will be delivered at about 3 pm, and the Express parts will be received at 5 pm. Orders placed before 4 pm on the same day are usually delivered on the same day.

1. Wrong delivery and missing delivery:
If you find this situation, please be sure to take pictures or videos of the original packing box of the product in time and weigh the total weight of the goods in time (save it as evidence); then please send the packing picture and weight to contact and check with the customer service. If it is confirmed that the delivery is missed, it will not be reissued separately. You can directly refund or reissue it when you place the order next time (the freight is appropriately reduced) however, please communicate with the customer service and make remarks before placing an order (reissue the goods missed last time); If the missing or wrong delivery is only a small accessory, the value is very low, please take photos to explain to us clearly, when we buy something next time, we will add one more accessory for compensation. If you must ask us to send you one more accessory immediately, I will pay the postage for the item.
2. Quality problems:
Both parties confirm that there is a quality problem. If the quantity is small, we recommend that you keep the whole piece and return it at one time. If you need to replace it immediately, both parties will pay AA postage; we require long-term cooperation friends to return together for about half a year or more, and our store can bear the return freight.
