2. A packing list is provided with the shipment for the customer's reference to count the goods.

3. When the customer receives the goods, they should open the packaging box for inspection, regardless of whether the outer packaging box is damaged. If there are any quality issues such as damage due to transportation problems, please ask the relevant transportation company to provide a proof with a fresh stamp, and provide this proof to us. We will assist the customer to claim compensation.

4. If any quality problems are found within a week of receiving the goods, you can directly return them to us. For high-priced products, the warranty card can be insured for half a year or one year according to the regulations on the product warranty card. We will bear the loss of goods (quality problems), but we will not bear the return transportation costs.

5. If the goods are not received as required, and if there is any damage or loss due to logistics, we will not assume any responsibility.

6. All customers are requested to protect the integrity of the product packaging, the completeness of accessories, or related documents. For products with quality issues, we will provide exchange or return services within the specified time frame. (If exchange shipping is required, the customer will bear the cost.)
