Shop Problems

Mixed Lot ProblemA set of 30 pairs, multiple sets are supported with mixed batch, if there are any special reasons or requirements, please contact customer service.

Size issueMost shoes come in normal sizes (for those with wider feet, it is recommended to choose one size larger). Please contact customer service before ordering to ensure the correct size.

Color difference problemAll the pictures are taken from the actual products. Due to different monitors, there may be slight color differences.

Smell problemThis store is a direct manufacturer, and the shoes just off the production line may have a little glue smell. This has nothing to do with the quality. Place them in a place with good ventilation, and the glue smell will dissipate.

After-sales issuesIf there are any problems with the sold shoes, please contact our customer service immediately to explain the situation, and we will handle it.

Quality ProblemIf serious quality problems such as delamination or bottom breakage occur within 7 days, the store will bear all costs for handling.

Return and exchange issuesFor exchanges due to reasons such as non-quality issues or incorrect shipments by the customer, the customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping costs. Small loose threads, minor stains, slight color differences, or slight glue odor are not considered quality issues and are not eligible for returns.
