Regular cold-resistant lattices can withstand temperatures down to around -10 degrees Celsius. If the customer has extremely high requirements for cold resistance, we also offer lattices that can withstand temperatures down to -30 degrees Celsius.

2. Can your company customize a reflective lattice logo or custom print reflective lattice?

Our company can customize reflective logos according to customer requirements and can also customize printing, which can be located on the surface or inside of the crystal lattice.

Do you accept small batch orders?

The company's regular reflective fabric products are all in stock, and can be ordered in small quantities. They can also be cut to the specifications required by customers as needed.

How does the internal control standards of the factory compare to the testing standards of the testing agency?

We will regularly send samples to SGS for testing product brightness and washability, ensuring that the factory's internal control standards and instrument measurement results are similar to or higher than those of the SGS testing standards.

What are the detection standards for reflective fabric that has been washed more than 25 times?

According to the requirements of the International Wash Standard ISO 6330, after washing the reflective fabric 25 times at a water temperature of 60°C, the brightness of the 5°12′ reflective fabric measured is greater than 100 (cd/lx.m²)。

Can different base fabrics, brightness, or color requirements for reflective fabric be customized?
