Color difference explanation:
Due to the differences in the background, lighting, and the color reproduction of computer monitors, the color of the goods may vary. This is beyond our control and is not considered a quality issue. The goods are sold as is. If you are very sensitive to color differences and minor imperfections, please carefully consider before placing an order.
About Shipping:
After the buyer places an order and makes payment, we will ship the goods within 72 hours. If the order is placed before 4 PM with stock available, the goods will be sent out the same day (excluding weekends). In the event of stock shortages, we will contact you by phone or Alipay Messenger. When shipping, there are dedicated picking personnel who will check the shipping documents and the goods. After confirming the accuracy, they will sign the shipping document and then pack the goods together for shipment.

03 About Receiving:
Please ensure that the person receives the goods personally upon delivery. If the goods are signed for by family members, friends, or the gatekeeper, it will be considered as the person's receipt. Please open and inspect the goods on the spot before signing. If there are any damage to the goods during transportation, please verify the damage with the delivery personnel directly and claim compensation or refuse to accept the goods.

04 About After-sales Service:
Please contact us within three days from the date of receipt if there are any quality issues. We will provide a response for returns and exchanges. After this period, we will no longer accept any requests. If there are no quality problems, we will not process any returns or exchanges. If the buyer is dissatisfied with the product due to personal preferences, such as not liking it, significant differences from the pictures, not meeting expectations, or not being as good as they imagined, etc., the product purchased by the buyer is not allowed to be returned or exchanged.
