CARE TIPS"

 Size issue: The slippers are one size smaller (slightly tight, wide feet, suggest choosing one size larger).

 Color difference issue: All images are taken from actual products. Due to the problem of shooting light filters, a very small number of minor color differences may occur.

 Smell issue: Our store is a direct manufacturer, and some new shoes may have a smell due to the sealed packaging. This has nothing to do with the quality of the shoes. Placing them in a cool, well-ventilated area will help the smell dissipate.

 After-sales issues: If you encounter any problems with the shoes after purchase, please contact our customer service immediately to explain the situation, and we will arrange for the problem to be resolved.

 Quality issues: If there are serious quality problems such as delamination or bottom breakage within seven days, the store will bear all costs for handling.

 Return and Exchange Policy: For exchanges due to reasons other than quality issues or incorrect shipments by the seller, the return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. For exchanges due to minor issues such as loose threads, minor stains, slight color differences, or slight glue odor, the return shipping costs must be self-funded.

 Reminder: EVA material slippers should be avoided from high-temperature exposure, as prolonged high temperatures can cause the shoes to deform.
