Without actual samples

1. Plate-making Stage: Please send vector files (such as AI, PDF, CDR, etc.) to our customer service personnel, and provide detailed requirements: font, font height, spacing, number of colors, etc. Our designer will arrange the layout, and after the design draft is completed, it will be sent to the buyer. The buyer confirms the font, font height, spacing, and whether there are any omissions (very important: once the plate is determined, the pattern cannot be changed for printing). If the buyer confirms there are no problems, the next step will be taken.

2. Sampling Phase: Selecting materials (ribbon/polyester/satin/yarn/guest sample materials), determining ribbon colors (color selection from the color card), and determining the ribbon specifications. We will provide the product color samples as required. If it is urgent, you can send the sample photos directly (please choose carefully, if the quality and color requirements are not strict, you can choose this method). After the material is selected, the ribbon color and printing color are determined, the sample fee can be arranged to arrange the printing sample. After the printing sample is completed, it will be sent to the buyer.

2. Confirming the bulk order sample: After the buyer receives the sample, they should carefully identify the color, craftsmanship, and specifications. If the version is not satisfactory, it can be re-published (with an additional plate fee). If there are any modifications needed, please contact the customer service to confirm again. Once the bulk order sample is confirmed without any errors, it is considered confirmed.

3. Large-quantity orders: After confirming the sample, place an order and arrange production. The production cycle depends on the number of orders and production arrangements, generally 5-7 days, with the time arranged by the customer service as the standard. The production cycle is a rough estimate, and we usually try to ship as soon as possible. For urgent orders, please inform the customer service when placing the order;

4. Completion of shipment, the process follows our usual shipping methods, refer to the Buyer's Guide.

When there are actual samples

1. Prototype stage: The buyer sends the actual sample, and the sample is directly made according to the sample. After the sample is ready, you can send a comparison photo to confirm the sample, or send the sample to the buyer; If the buyer does not send the actual sample, then refer to the process without the actual sample

2. Confirming the bulk sample: After the buyer receives the sample, they should carefully identify the color, craftsmanship, and specifications. If there are any modifications needed, they should contact the customer service to confirm again without any errors. This is to confirm the bulk sample.

3. Large-scale production: After confirming the sample, production arrangements will be made. The production cycle varies depending on the number of orders, the difficulty and production schedule, generally 5-7 days. The production schedule is subject to the customer service arrangement at the time of ordering. The production cycle is a rough estimate. We generally try to ship as soon as possible. For urgent orders, please inform the customer service when placing the order.

4. Completion of shipment, the process shall follow our usual shipping methods, refer to the Buyer's Guide.
