Yiwu has set up a special group for enterprises to resume works to help the employees of the enterprises in Yiwu return to work as soon as possible and promote the enterprises to resume their works and production. In addition to these buses, Yiwu also sent 10 working groups to Henan, Anhui, Jiangxi, Shaanxi, Yunnan, Guizhou and other places in that afternoon, mainly responsible for contacting with local government authorities and organizing personnel to make arrangement for return. Furthermore, more efforts have been made to recruit new employees.

While controlling the epidemic, effective measures are taken to solve the difficulties of enterprises, which is not only a necessary measure to stabilize employment, maintain people's livelihood and promote development, but also a powerful guarantee to win the fight in epidemic prevention and control. In order to fully support the enterprises to resume their works and production, Yiwu Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau cooperated with the Finance Bureau to issue the Opinions on Strengthening Enterprises’ Employment Protection in Response to the NCIP on February 16, which details the relevant safeguard policies such as subsidies provided to enterprises for chartered vehicles, allowance provided for employees returning to Yiwu by their means, transfer with special cars, encouraging the enterprises to recruit new employees through multiple channels one by one.
