A few days ago, another 10-billion green energy project was approved to be implemented in Yiwu. It only took 24 days from the enterprise’s commission to a third-party organization to prepare the EIA document to the receipt of the approval document, which is two or three times faster than the usual progress. This is another new measure of Yiwu Eco-environmental Branch Service Enterprise Demonstration Action to serve major industrial projects.

　　To boost the early implementation of high-efficiency batteries of JA Solar TechnologyCo.,Ltd. with an annual output of 10GW and 10GW high-efficiency assembly and supporting projects (with a total investment of 10.2 billion yuan), Yiwu Eco-environmental Branch opened up a fast channel for EIA approval through reform and innovation in EIA preparation, expert review, plan modification, acceptance and publicity, so that Yiwu City’s EIA Approval ran at “acceleration”.

　　To better serve enterprises, Yiwu Eco-environmental Branch implemented 12-point “driver-license type” assessment management for the third-party service organizations to supervise and urge the third-party service organizations to comprehensively improve the service quality and efficiency, and dispatched business backbones to track key projects in an “one-to-one” manner. Meanwhile, the Branch contacted with the technical assessment organizations ahead of schedule, communicated with experts on problems existing in the preparation of EIA, and held a special coordination meeting to solve problems, such as reuse of reclaimed water, so as to avoid enterprises to “go several places for one thing”.
