The Jinhua-Yiwu-Dongyang Intercity Railway is composed of the Jinhua-Yiwu Section and the Yiwu-Dongyang Section. These two lines can be transferred between on the same platform at Qintang Station in Yiwu. The Yiwu Section of this project, with a total length of 40.361 kilometers, has 11 stations and two parking lots (Guantang Parking Lot and Yiwu Parking Lot) and passes 45 villages belonging to 7 towns, including Yiting and Choujiang.

The main part of the Jinhua-Yiwu Section and 70% of the Yiwu-Dongyang Section will be finished by the end of this year. The Jinhua-Yiwu Section is expected to be completed and put into operation by the end of December 2021.

The design speed of Jinhua-Yiwu-Dongyang Intercity Railway is 120 kilometers per hour. After opening to traffic, it will take only 36 minutes from Jinhua’s downtown to Yiwu’s downtown, 50 minutes to downtown Dongyang, and 60 minutes to Hengdian.
