In order to cope with the impact of the epidemic on foreign trade enterprises, the Municipal Bureau of Commerce will take the lead in implementing the Six Opinions on Supporting Market Development, and make clear the relevant detailed rules for rewarding foreign trade enterprises.

　　In terms of destocking subsidy, for foreign trade enterprises and provincial-level overseas warehouse enterprises whose general trade exports exceed US $5 million in 2019 and whose general trade exports decrease by more than 15% in the first quarter of 2020, the "destocking" subsidy shall be provided according to 1% of the general trade exports in the first quarter of 2020, with a maximum of RMB 300,000 for each enterprise. This subsidy does not need to be declared by enterprises, and the Municipal Bureau of Commerce will directly determine the list of qualified enterprises and the amount of subsidy. This subsidy will be appropriated through the "Net One Service" platform, which is expected to be completed in the second quarter.

　　In terms of subsidies for online exhibitions, 80% of the booth fee will be given to enterprises whose general trade exports exceed US $5 million in 2019 who participate in online exhibitions in the catalogue before June 30. A single enterprise can only participate in a single online exhibition platform for 4 times. At present, the online exhibition catalogue is determined to be "Global Trade Fair" (Zhejiang Broad International Convention and Exhibition Co., Ltd.) and "hktdc.com Sourcing" (Hong Kong Trade Development Council). The Municipal Bureau of Commerce signed a cooperation agreement with the exhibition organizers listed in the online exhibition catalogue. The enterprises directly paid 20% of the booth fee to participate in the exhibition, and the exhibition organizers applied to the Bureau of Commerce to pay 80% of the booth fee with the enterprise payment certificate (valid before June 30).
