The Yiwu International Electronic Commerce Supervision Center handled 332 tons of cross-border parcels in the first quarter of 2023, representing a year-on-year growth of 114 percent.
Yiwu Customs has been working on enhancing its service levels, enabling businesses to communicate through various channels and providing guidance for cross-border e-commerce companies on registration and information declaration.
Several measures, including an "automatic sorting and non-invasive" inspection mode that reduces costs and improves clearance efficiency, have been implemented to streamline the clearance process.
