With a gentle breeze and colorful falling leaves, the temperature in Yiwu dropped significantly on the morning of November 17th. However, as marathon runners continued to gather, the enthusiasm of the city was fully ignited.

"Bang~" At 8 am, with the sound of the starting pistol, the 2024 Kayou Yiwu Half Marathon (hereinafter referred to as "Yima") officially kicked off. It is understood that this year's Yima has expanded to accommodate 20,000 participants, setting a new record for the number of entrants and attracting runners from 21 countries and regions, including China, Colombia, Jordan, and the United States. The event features three race categories: the half marathon (21.0975 kilometers), the mini fitness run (8 kilometers), and the family fitness run (3 kilometers), with participation numbers of 10,000, 4,000, and 6,000 respectively for each category.
