On April 27th, the three-day 2025 Yiwu Fashion Accessories Factory Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as the "Yiwu Accessories Expo") kicked off at the Yiwu International Expo Center. A showcase of new products, innovative concepts, and cutting-edge designs captivated attendees, as waves of domestic and international buyers flocked to the venue to explore opportunities, negotiate partnerships, and place orders.
"Business has been good this year, but sustaining success is getting tougher. Exhibiting is a smart move—it lets us build brand awareness and showcase new collections, so global buyers can grasp the latest fashion trends firsthand," said Sun Lingjuan, a seasoned veteran in Yiwu’s accessories industry attending her second trade show. She explained that accessories, as fast-fashion commodities, demand constant innovation to retain customers. "Our workshops launch over 100 new designs monthly. For this exhibition, we’ve brought dozens of viral hits, debuting them globally via runway shows to inject fresh energy into the market."
As the global bellwether for fashion accessories trade, Yiwu’s industrial prowess speaks for itself. By the close of 2024, the city boasted over 500,000 active business licenses containing the keyword "accessories"—a testament to its entrepreneurial density. With a product catalog exceeding 800,000 SKUs spanning brooches, necklaces, bracelets, and beyond, the city churns out 38 original accessory designs per second, setting global fashion agendas. Commanding nearly two-thirds of China’s market share, Yiwu’s exports permeate 100+ countries and regions, underpinned by an integrated supply chain, relentless innovation, and a global distribution network that solidifies its position as the world’s fashion accessories distribution epicenter.
