Maintenance for Coolstep

Wheels and bearings

No maintenance is required when used under normal conditions and circumstances.

When the wheels fail to move smoothly back and forth, they must be replaced. Both the wheels, bearings, and tires are considered normal damage and are not covered by warranty.

We only provide free replacement of original components that are damaged within the warranty period. Using non-original components may affect the safety and overall performance of the Kube.

Cleaning

After use, some dust will remain on the Coolstep. To keep your vehicle in its new state, wipe off the dust with a cloth. Do not use industrial cleaners or solvents, as they will damage the surface. Also, do not use alcohol or alcohol-based products, as they can harm plastic components.

Suitable Population; Precautions

1. Suitable for use with individuals aged 5 years and above.

8. Do not touch the brake pads after applying the brakes; they become hot after braking.

9. Do not accelerate when going down a slope.

10. Adults must assist children in adjusting the Cool Step properly before the first use.
