Installation requirements:

◆ Since the remote infrared alert device has the highest infrared detection sensitivity when the human body moves laterally relative to the lens, while its sensitivity is lower during vertical movement, attention should be paid to the angle and height of the detector's horizontal surface during installation. This has a significant impact on the protection area.

◆ During installation, avoid placing infrared warning devices near cold or hot sources, such as cooling and heating vents, air conditioner vents, electric heaters, coolers, etc., and prevent them from being directly facing the door.

◆ The remote infrared alert device should be visible within the protected area, with no obstacles in between.

◆ The remote infrared alert device should be positioned at an angle of 10–30 degrees to the wall; this is when the detection range is longest. The installation angle can be adjusted according to the specific situation during actual installation.

Installation Instructions:

1. Fix the universal mount at a position about 2 meters above the ground.

2. Open the battery cover and insert the 4 AA batteries according to the markings inside the battery compartment.

3. Fix the remote infrared warning device on the universal mount, then rotate the infrared warning device to meet the installation requirements and detection needs.

Instructions for use:

1. Turn on the power switch; the power-on indicator light lights up briefly, indicating that the self-check is successful.

2. The remote infrared alert device requires a 20-second standby delay after power on. If no alarm signal is detected within these 20 seconds, you must leave the electronic dog’s detection area during this period.

3. After 3.0 seconds, if anyone enters the detection area of the infrared alarm device, the remote control of the infrared alarm will have a 5-second delay to facilitate the owner’s identification. After 5 seconds, if no signal from the recognized remote controller is received, a loud alarm sound lasting 30 seconds will be emitted, with an intensity of 105 dB. Five seconds after the alarm stops, if another person touches the remote control of the infrared alarm device, it will alert again, and this cycle continues.

4. When the remote infrared alert device triggers an alarm, you can use the remote control to turn off the power switch and stop the alert.
