1. Generally, all our wholesale goods are shipped to the shipping department (with direct delivery or transit to most cities at the county level and above across the country). Once the goods arrive in your city, the shipping company will call you to arrange pick-up. The shipping fee is usually calculated based on the number of items (except for very heavy or overly bulky products; in some regions, it is based on the weight of the goods). For details, refer to the shipping company’s pricing guidelines. For customers using shipping, the fee is paid to the shipping company when picking up the goods; you only need to pay us the purchase price.

2. If there are special requirements or a specific shipping department is specified, please indicate this during ordering; we will ship according to the designated shipping department.

3. For bulk purchases or small wholesale orders with low quantities, the shipping fee is paid based on the charge amount charged by the courier company.

4. You can pick up the items in person at the local location

1. If any issues arise during the purchase process, please contact us by phone, QQ, or email. We will discuss all the problems encountered during the shopping process with you.

2. If the goods cannot be received on time within one week, we will immediately investigate upon receiving the customer's inquiry and provide the customer with the most timely response regarding the relevant issue.

3. In the event of any damage during transportation, we will not bear any losses, but we can do our best to properly package the product and communicate with the shipping company to minimize transportation losses.

4. We deliver products on time, and we shall not bear any responsibility or compensation for losses caused by delays in the delivery by the freight company.
