B1208 type photoconductive mechanism manufacturing process:
1）After obtaining the human portrait on the computer, it is processed through graphic software (such as Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.). Then, the prepared portrait image is printed on film using a laser printer. Ensure that the image quality is clear, the outline is distinct, and the contrast is good.
2) Cover the transparent exposure film according to the sample specifications, ensuring that it is large enough to completely cover the sample.
3）The order and orientation of the photocopying stamp pad, the exposure film, and the printout are as follows: the stamp pad is on the bottom layer of the exposure box, the middle layer is the exposure film, and the third layer is the printout, with the printing side facing down. The three layers should be in contact with each other smoothly and tightly, with no gaps or folds in the middle. Cover the exposure box with the lid, observe through the glass of the exposure box to ensure that the position is correct, and rotate the clasp clockwise to press it tightly. Then, place the exposure box in the corresponding position of the drawer and close the drawer.
