The Nylo series of glue guns is an industrial-grade high-load glue gun with a unique and distinctive appearance, offering large glue output and ease of use. This product uses high-tech ceramic PTC thermistors as heating elements, which heat up quickly. PTC thermistors automatically maintain a constant temperature, and when the glue gun's design temperature is reached, the temperature will no longer rise, preventing damage to the glue gun caused by overheating of the heating element, saving energy consumption, and achieving the purpose of extending the service life.

The product's heat insulation strength does not break down when powered at 3750V/minute, and it can be used normally with AC or DC power sources between 100V and 240V. It is not limited by voltage fluctuations. It is equipped with a built-in safety fuse for safer use.

Usage Method:
1. This series of products is suitable for rubber strips with diameters of Φ7mm-Φ7.5mm.
2. Insert the adhesive tape into the adhesive gun at the end, push it into the barrel, plug in the power, preheat for 2-3 minutes, then pull the trigger to extrude the melted adhesive, and you can control the amount of adhesive.
3. During use, if a whole roll of adhesive tape is not used up at one time, do not remove the tape. You can plug in the power and heat it for 2-3 minutes before using it again.

1. The use of voltage 100-240V, frequency 50-60Hz.
2. This product is a high-temperature glue gun, and it should be used with the corresponding size of the glue tape according to the product series. If the user uses glue tape of the wrong size or type, it may cause the glue to reflux and damage the glue gun.
3. When using a hot melt glue gun, the nozzle and the melted glue are at a high temperature, so do not touch them with your hands; it is prohibited to use it in places with flammable and explosive materials.
4. When using a glue gun, do not lift it high, and the nozzle should not be pointed upwards. If you do not use glue for 15 consecutive minutes, please turn off the power to prevent the glue from melting backwards and damaging the glue gun.
5. Due to the addition of durable materials in the glue gun, there may be smoke emitted during the initial use. After 30 minutes of use, the smoke will automatically disappear.
6. It is necessary to maintain the cleanliness of the gun tail slider frequently to ensure that the seal can be smoothly inserted into the barrel.
7. Do not pull the glue tape out of the glue gun from the rear.
8. When the glue gun is not in use, it should be placed in a place with good ventilation and dryness, and it is prohibited to place it in a place with moisture or water. It is also prohibited to place it in a place where children or children can reach.
9. This tool must be placed on its stand when not in use.
10. Please do not replace the power cord without authorization. If you need to replace the power cord, only the relevant personnel who meet the requirements of electrical appliance product maintenance can replace it.
