仰卧,双手负重,左腿屈膝,膝部提至臀部,右腿伸直,腿部离开地面数寸。右臂上举,伸直,拳心向左;左臂弯曲,拳心至耳部,肘部向上。动作完成后,换另一侧手臂和腿部练习。全套动作重复10次

 

【箭步下蹲二头肌练习】:锻炼二头肌、腿部和臀部

双手负重站立,拳心向内,双脚分开与髋同宽。右腿后跨一步,脚跟抬起,身体下蹲,保持这个姿势不变。屈肘,小臂向大臂靠拢,肘关节保持在身体两侧。小臂复位。整套动作重复5次。换腿,重复做5次。

 

【反向俯卧撑练习】:锻炼三头肌和腹部

仰卧,双腿屈膝呈90度,胫骨与地面平行。双手负重伸直上举,拳心朝向双脚。屈肘,转动手腕使拳心相对,双拳至耳部。双臂、双腿复位。全套动作重复10次

 

【“毛虫”动作练习】:锻炼三头肌、肩部、背部和臀部

面部向下平卧,双手置于身体两侧,手握哑铃,拳心向地。呼气,同时将头部、手臂和双腿抬离地面约8厘米,肩胛夹紧。颈部保持正常状态(不要下垂也不要上扬)。身体各部位恢复原位。全套动作重复10次。
