Manufacturing process NdFeB is manufactured by powder metallurgy process, and raw materials containing a certain proportion, such as neodymium, dysprosium, iron, cobalt, niobium, praseodymium, aluminum, Ferroboron, etc., are smelted into medium frequency induction melting furnace by alloy steel ingot, then it is broken into 3 ~ 5cm powder, and pressed and formed in a magnetic field. The magnet is not only affected by temperature changes, but also affected by armature electromotive force on its reverse demagnetization. Because the working point changes back and forth on the Reply line, the magnet is in the cyclic demagnetization state. This requires us to consider not only the influence of temperature change but also the additional influence of dynamic demagnetization when designing the magnetic circuit of the motor. For general power DC motors, due to armature effect, the lowest working point is about-0.6. At this time, it is required that the magnet curve of B- H is still a straight line at the continuous working temperature of the motor, if the curve of B- H is bent, the magnet will produce permanent demagnetization due to armature effect; In addition, under the limit temperature of the motor, the irreversible magnetic flux loss of the magnet is required to be equal to or equal to 5%.
