2. Shipping Instructions

Please specify the courier company, and we will ship the goods according to your specified courier.

We operate both factories and physical stores, as well as online shops, and our daily shipment volume is quite large. Please contact us before you make an order to avoid any stockouts. We are willing to communicate and arrange for a return or a delay in shipping if necessary. Orders paid before 3:30 PM will be shipped the same day. Those paid after 3:30 PM will be shipped the next day.

3. Freight Instructions

If the items sent exceed the predetermined weight or the price discussed by a considerable amount,

We will provide the actual weight and parameters. Both parties will conduct friendly negotiations to reach an agreement.

If our opinions don't align, we may consider dropping the transaction.

4. Color Difference Issue

Due to differences in computer color settings, lighting variations, and issues with computer monitors, the items you receive may slightly differ from the images on your computer.

However, all our images are taken from the actual items, so please refer to the actual items for accuracy. We do not accept returns based on color differences or negative reviews.

5. Sign Receipt Reminder

 Please open the goods in front of the courier to check the quantity when you receive them.

Please confirm whether the items are intact. If there are any damage or incompleteness, please contact us, and we will communicate with the courier. Once you or your family has signed for the delivery, it will be considered that the items are intact. Of course, we are very happy to communicate with you if there are any problems, in order to achieve a satisfactory conclusion.

6. Serious Reminder

Please read the guidelines carefully before you take a picture of the item. Any problems that arise during the transaction will be handled in accordance with the guidelines. Once you have taken a picture, it will be considered that you have accepted the guidelines. Thank you for your cooperation.
