1. Overload is strictly prohibited.
2. Power operation other than manpower is strictly prohibited.
3. Before use, make sure that the parts are in good condition, the transmission part and lifting chain are well lubricated, and the idling condition is normal.
4. Check whether the upper and lower hooks are fastened before lifting. Improper operation such as heavy object hanging on the tip is strictly prohibited. The lifting chain should be hung vertically. There should be no wrong twisted link. The lower hook rack of double chain can not be reversed.
5. The operator should stand on the same plane with the hand sprocket and pull the hand chain, so that the hand sprocket rotates clockwise, and the weight can be lifted; Drag the chain in reverse and drop slowly at noon.
6. When lifting heavy objects, personnel are strictly forbidden to do any work or walk under the heavy objects to avoid personal accidents.
7. During the lifting process, no matter the weight rises or falls, the force should be uniform and gentle when you pull the chain.
8. If the operator finds that the tension of the hand is greater than the normal tension, it should stop using immediately.
Maintenance method:
1. The gourd should be cleaned and coated with antirust grease after use and stored in a dry place.
2. Maintenance and overhaul should be carried out by those who are familiar with the gourd mechanism to prevent disassembly and assembly at will if they do not understand the performance principle of the machine.
3. After cleaning and maintenance, the gourd shall undergo no-load test to confirm normal operation and reliable braking before delivery.
The friction surface of the brake must be kept clean. The brake part should be checked frequently to prevent the brake failure and the phenomenon of falling of the intermediate object.
