【Usage Method】
1. Pour hot water into the lower cup, making sure the level does not exceed the pressure relief valve.
2. Grind the coffee beans (recommended for fine ground coffee), pour the coffee powder into the powder cup, and you can pour more. Use chopsticks or bean spoon to level the excess powder.
3. Wet the filter paper slightly and attach it to the upper filter, then screw on the upper filter.
4. Screw the lid tightly (make sure to tighten the pressure to prevent leakage). Do not apply force to the handle when rotating, as this may easily damage the handle. Adding hot water can cause the base to get hot, so it is recommended to wrap a towel to assist.
5. Heat with a kerosene lamp or an alcohol stove.
The coffee then slowly boils.
【注意事项】
Before using the new purchased moka pot for the first time, boil it at least three times with water to ensure the cleanliness of the pot!!
1. Do not cook any other powders or liquids except water and coffee powder.
2. Use untreated water, preferably pure water.
3. Do not boil the lower kettle empty.
4. Too much water will cause the coffee to overflow the top layer.
5. When filling coffee powder, do not press too hard; just slightly flatten the surface is sufficient. Over-compression may cause coffee to not come out.
6. To avoid burning the surface and handle, the flame area should not exceed the bottom area of the pot.
7. Open the lid of the pot, start by boiling over medium heat, and when coffee starts to flow, switch to low heat to allow the coffee to slowly release.
8. When there is a sound of boiling water, make sure to immediately remove the moka pot from the heat source.
9. Before using the coffee cup, it is best to heat it with hot water to maintain the coffee temperature.
10. Do not disassemble or clean the moka pot until it has cooled completely.
Use finely ground coffee powder.
12. Rinse with clean water as much as possible, or clean with neutral cleaner.
13. When not in use, the grinding card pot needs to be kept dry.
