Matters needing attention:
(1) the size of the clamping head should be suitable for the thickness of the wire rope. The net distance of u-shaped ring should be 1 ~ 3mm larger than the diameter of the wire rope.
(2) when using, tighten the u-bolt until the wire rope is about 1/3 compressed. As the steel wire rope deforms after bearing the force, the rope clip shall be tightened for the second time after bearing the steel wire rope to ensure the fastness of the joint. If it is necessary to check whether the steel wire rope slips after bearing force, an additional safety rope card can be adopted. The safety rope card is installed about 500mm away from the last rope card, and the rope head is released from a safety bend and then clamped with the main rope. In this way, if the clip slides, the safety bend will be straightened, so that it can be found and strengthened at any time.
(3) the spacing between the rope CARDS is generally about 6 to 7 times of the diameter of the wire rope. The rope CARDS should be arranged in a straight line. The U ring part should be stuck on one side of the rope head and the platen should be placed on the side of the main rope.
Matters needing attention
Note for the use of wire rope clamp: it can not be used for a long time, it should be checked and scrapped regularly, and it can not be used repeatedly.

The number of rope CARDS should not be less than 3-5, the spacing of the rope CARDS should be greater than or equal to 6 times of the diameter of the wire rope.
Let's say 3 are less than or equal to 10mm,
Set 4 for 10-20mm,
Set 5 for 21-26mm,
Set 6 for 25-36mm,
Set 7 for 36-40mm.
(5) the steel wire rope CARDS should be used in a complete set. When the diameter of the rope is less than 10mm, the rope CARDS should be no less than 3 and no less than 4 when the diameter is 10-20mm. The spacing between the rope CARDS is generally about 6 ~ 8 times of the diameter of the wire rope. The rope CARDS should be arranged in a straight line. The U ring part should be stuck on one side of the rope head and the pressure plate on the other side of the main rope.
After the steel wire rope clamp is installed, the first and second loading shall be checked for looseness. In general, nuts need to be tightened further.
(6) the following two points should be noted when using:
A) the size of the clip should fit the thickness of the wire rope and the inner side of the u-shaped ringClear distance, should be larger than the diameter of wire rope 1-3mm, the net distance is too largecardTighten the rope and it is prone to accidents. B) screw down the bolts until the rope is compressed by 1/3 to 1/4 diameter. After the rope is stressed, screw down the bolt again to ensure the joint is firm and reliable. C) the card head shall be arranged in a straight way, and the u-shaped part shall be in contact with the rope head and shall not be in contact with the main rope, as shown in figure a. If the u-shaped part is in contact with the main rope, the force is easy to break after the main rope is compressed.
D) in order to facilitate the inspection of joint reliability and the detection of slippage of wire rope, press another card head about 500mm behind the last card head and release the rope head into a \"safety bend\". See figure b. Thus, when the wire rope of the joint slips. The \"safety bend\" is straightened first, and measures should be taken immediately.
