     At the Dubai Air Show in November 2007, Emirates announced a historic order for 120 Airbus A350 aircraft, 11 A380s and 12 airlinersBoeing 777-300 - erThe jet, estimated at $34.9 billion. Under the agreement with Airbus, Emirates confirmed the purchase of 50 A350-900 aircraft, 20 A350-1000 aircraft and a possible further 50 A350-900 aircraft.       Emirates also confirmed orders for eight A380s that had already signed a letter of intent in early 2011, and confirmed a further three double-decker jets, bringing its total confirmed order for the A380 to 58.
