Double-sided Tape Usage Instructions
1. Surface treatment
The adhesive surface must be clean, dry, smooth, and free from oil.
Clean the adhesive surface (tile, mirror) with a clean cloth or tissue, and it is best to blow the surface moisture with a hair dryer.
2. Pressure
To achieve good adhesion, a certain amount of pressure must be applied to the tape and the adhesive surface to ensure full contact between the tape and the adhesive surface. Do not use on severely uneven surfaces.
3、 时间
The double-sided tape has initial adhesive force, but it takes 72 hours to reach its maximum strength. During this time, do not perform structural operations. If you use the product within 24 hours, it needs to be pressed by hand.
4、 Temperature
After adhering, use a hair dryer to increase the heating temperature of the adhesive and tape to about 50-70°C. Heat for about 10 minutes and increase the pressure.
Note: The above four key elements are most critical to surface treatment.
