Working Principle
Hand-pulled hoists as an upgraded version of

Hand-crank hoists operate by pulling on the manual chain and causing the hand wheel to rotate, which in turn engages the pawl and ratchet mechanism.BrakeThe seat is pressed into a single unit and rotates together, with the long-toothed shaft rotating the plate gear, the short-toothed shaft, and the flower key hole gear. In this way, the hoisting chain wheel on the flower key hole gear drives the hoisting chain, thereby smoothly lifting the heavy object. Maintenance Method
1. After use, the gourd should be cleaned thoroughly and coated with anti-rust grease, and stored in a dry place to prevent the hand-pulled gourd from being exposed to moisture, rusting, and corrosion.
2. Maintenance and inspection should be performed by individuals familiar with the crane mechanism. Use kerosene to clean the crane components, and apply grease to the gear and bearing parts to lubricate, preventing individuals who are not familiar with the performance principles of the machine from disassembling or assembling it at will.
3. After cleaning and repairing the gourd, it should undergo an empty-load test to confirm that the operation is normal and the braking is reliable. Only then can it be delivered for use.
4. The friction surface of the brake must be kept clean. The brake parts should be regularly inspected to prevent brake failure and the occurrence of heavy objects falling.
5. Hand-cranked hoist's crane chain wheel's left and right bearings

6. When installing the braking device for the hoist, ensure that the pawl teeth of the ratchet gear are properly meshed with the pawl claws. The spring's control of the pawl should be flexible and reliable. After installing the hand chain wheel, clockwise rotation of the hand chain wheel will press the ratchet and friction disc against the brake seat. Counterclockwise rotation of the hand chain wheel should leave a gap between the ratchet and the friction disc.
7. To facilitate maintenance and disassembly, one link of the hand chain is an open-ended link (not allowed to be welded).
8. When refueling and using a hand-operated hoist, the friction surface of the braking device must be kept clean, and the braking performance should be regularly checked to prevent the failure of the brake from causing the heavy object to fall.
Operating Method
1. Prohibited from using with overloading.
2. It is strictly prohibited to operate with any power other than human.
3. Before use, ensure that the machinery is undamaged, the transmission parts and hoisting chains are well lubricated, and the empty rotation is normal.
4. Before hoisting, check if the hoists at the top and bottom are securely attached. The crane chains should be hung vertically, with no twisted link rings, and the lower hoist frame of the double-row chain should not be upside down.
5. The operator should stand on the same plane as the bracelet wheel and pull the hand chain to make the bracelet wheel rotate clockwise, which can make the weight rise; reverse the hand chain, and the weight can slowly descend.
6. When hoisting heavy objects, it is strictly prohibited for personnel to perform any work or walk under the heavy objects to prevent major accidents.
7. During the hoisting process, whether the heavy object is rising or falling, when pulling the hand chain, the force should be even and gentle, do not apply too much force, to avoid the hand chain jumping or getting stuck in the ring.
8. If the operator finds that the pulling force is greater than the normal force, they should immediately stop using the device. This is to prevent the destruction of the internal structure and to avoid any potential falling object accidents.
9. Wait until the heavy object is safely and firmly on the ground, then remove the hook of the hand-pulled winch.
10. After use, handle with care, place in a dry and well-ventilated area, apply lubricant, and store properly.
