Practice a few times, and you will become familiar with it. You can wear it more easily by following the following reverse lifting method:
1. Insert one hand into the sock cuff and grip the heel of the sock, then flip the other hand to the heel of the sock.
2. Turn over most of the sock cuff and smooth it out to make it easy for your feet to slip into the sock.
3. Place the thumb of both hands on the inner side of the sock, grasp the sock with the other fingers, and insert the foot into the sock. Then, with the thumbs pushing outward to tighten the socks, and with the coordination of the fingers and thumbs, pull the socks towards the ankles, and place the socks at the correct position.
4. Fold the socks leg in sequence and pull them up, and after wearing them, smooth them close to the body.
