1: Please try to contact the shop owner before photographing the item, so as to avoid any inconvenience caused by stock shortages. If you have any questions or special requirements regarding the item, please also contact the shop owner or leave a message. Do not make a payment immediately.
2: For the first wash, cold water and separate cleaning are required due to lint that remains from cutting or floating during production. Therefore, floating lint during the first wash is normal; this phenomenon will not occur again after one or two washes. Please be cautious when purchasing if you are sensitive to this.
3: Towels are not considered art pieces, and given their large production volume, minor issues are quite normal. These slight imperfections do not affect basic aesthetics or usage quality. We conduct strict quality checks before shipment. If any quality problems remain, please contact us immediately. We will resolve them properly after verification. Minor thread pops or minor stains are minor issues that do not fall under quality concerns. For towels with damaged parts, we will provide a refund or exchange. Both overly picky buyers and perfectionists should be cautious when purchasing.
4: We conduct thorough checks before every shipment to avoid any returns or exchanges. Please carefully inspect the packaging in front of the delivery person when receiving the item. If the package is damaged due to the courier, please refuse to sign for it or contact us directly. In such cases, the courier will bear all losses. If the package is signed for by your family, colleagues, or security personnel, it is considered as if you have accepted it. Once signed for, it means you have agreed to it. If issues arise later and you seek compensation from the courier, they will not compensate you. Of course, we are also unable to be responsible for that. Remember this.
