Printing Tips
1. Screen printing involves using manual ink to print on PVC. Its advantages include: no strict requirements regarding quantity, and relatively low prices. The disadvantages are: if there are too many colors to print, the speed becomes slower; and if the design pattern is complex, color matching may not be accurate, making gradient colors and shadows impossible to create. It is suitable for simple designs where the number of colors per side does not exceed two.
II. Color UV printing: The advantages include fast speed, good printing quality, and accurate color matching. There are no restrictions on the complexity of patterns and colors. The disadvantages are that there is a minimum quantity requirement, higher setup costs, and the price is more expensive than screen printing. This printing method is suitable for large areas where there are many patterns and colors. Choosing UV printing would be better.
