The third-generation rare earth permanent magnet Nd-Fe-B is the strongest permanent magnet among contemporary magnets, with extremely high potential magnetic performance. Its drawback is poor temperature performance, with significant magnetic losses at high temperatures, and a relatively low maximum operating temperature, usually around 80 degrees Celsius. (Special materials that undergo special treatment can reach a maximum operating temperature of 200 degrees Celsius, but this requires custom quantities!)
Magnetic field direction: For cylinders (disks), the magnetic field is filled in a plane (the two ends are N and S poles), and for long cubes, the largest two surfaces are magnetized (the largest two surfaces are N and S poles), except for those marked. The shapes include disks, cylinders, rings, squares, cubes, tile shapes, fan shapes, and various irregular shapes.

Usage Instructions:

1. Temperature: When selecting neodymium iron boron magnets, customers should choose the appropriate magnet grade based on their operating temperature. If the operating temperature exceeds the magnet grade's bearing temperature, the magnet will gradually demagnetize until it becomes non-magnetic. Please ensure that you confirm the operating temperature and the grade suitable for your use before placing an order.
2. Environment If the magnetic device is in a sealed state, it is possible to choose magnetic iron with non-electroplated or white zinc plated surface, which can save costs. If the magnetic iron is exposed to humid air, especially in the salt mist environment, it is recommended to consider using magnetic iron with surface nickel plating. The magnetic iron should be stored in a dry and constant temperature environment, separated with plastic, wood, hard paper, foam, etc., and wrapped well. It should be away from iron and easily magnetized items, such as monitors, bank cards, computers, TVs, mobile phones, etc.
3. User Objectives Regarding environmental protection, users in relatively developed countries, such as North America, Europe, and others, should pay special attention to environmental matters. Exports must comply with the SGS EU six standards. For users in developing or underdeveloped countries, environmental requirements are not given much consideration.
4. Handling and Storing NdFeB magnets are hard, brittle, and have strong magnetic fields. They should be handled with care (especially for large sizes and thin pieces). When handling magnets, be careful not to impact them, as they may attract or repel other iron objects. This can easily cause damage to the magnets or injure fingers. Since NdFeB is a multi-metal alloy material with a density between 7.45, it is heavy and brittle. Therefore, special care should be taken when handling to prevent the magnets from breaking. It is also important to maintain a dry storage environment and not to directly pile them on the ground. It is best to place them on thick cardboard or on shelves.
5、 Use Instructions: When two magnets are attracted to each other and cannot be separated, it is recommended to push them apart flatly, rather than forcefully twist or pry. With your left hand, firmly hold the entire length of the magnet, and with your right hand, use your index finger and thumb to move the magnet horizontally. After moving the magnet, do not immediately throw it back into the magnet pile. Please immediately isolate the magnet. Handle with care, keep it away from iron or magnetic objects by about 16 centimeters (6.3 inches), or wrap it in paper and pack it thickly. This will be safer. If you need to put the magnet back into the entire length of the magnet, please slowly put it back, and start to move it in from the edge at a close distance. Always hold the magnet firmly until it has been moved in completely.

33, 35, 38, 40, and 42 represent the maximum energy product. The maximum energy product of N33 neodymium iron boron material is about 33MGOe; the maximum energy product of N35 neodymium iron boron material is about 35MGOe; the maximum energy product of N40 neodymium iron boron material is about 40MGOe. The conversion between MGOe and kA/m3 is 1MGOe = 8kA/m3, which means the maximum energy product of N40 is about 320kA/m3.
The higher the grade of the magnet, the stronger its magnetic force, and the corresponding price is also higher. Therefore, the specific grade should be determined according to the actual needs of the customer. In general, products with low requirements such as packaging, machinery, and stationery are mainly selected with n33 grade. Magnets for medium-low-grade loudspeakers are mostly selected with n35 grade.
