Range of application
Hand-pulled gourds are mainly used in factories, mines, construction sites, docks, dockyards, warehouses and other places for the installation of machinery, lifting cargo, especially in the open air and no power supply operations show its advantages.
Operation method
1. Diagonal pull overload is strictly prohibited.
2. Power operation other than manpower is strictly prohibited.
3. Before use, make sure that the parts are in good condition, the transmission part and lifting chain are well lubricated, and the idling condition is normal.
4. Check whether the upper and lower hooks are fastened before lifting. The lifting chain should be hung vertically.
5. The operator should stand on the same plane with the hand sprocket and pull the hand chain, so that the hand sprocket rotates clockwise, and the weight can be lifted; Pull back on the chain and the weight will fall slowly.
6. When lifting heavy objects, personnel are strictly forbidden to do any work or walk under the heavy objects to avoid serious accidents.
7. During the lifting process, no matter the weight rises or falls, the force should be uniform and gentle when you pull the chain.
8. If the operator finds that the tension of the hand is greater than the normal tension, it should stop using immediately. Prevent damage to the internal structure, in case of falling accident.
9. After the weight has landed safely, take the underarm of the hoist and lower the hook.
10. After use, take it lightly and put it in a dry and ventilated place.
Maintenance methods
1. The gourd should be cleaned and coated with antirust grease after use, and stored in a dry place to prevent the hand-pulled gourd from rust and corrosion due to damp.
2. The maintenance and overhaul should be carried out by those who are familiar with the hoist mechanism. The hoist parts should be cleaned with kerosene, and the gear and bearing parts should be lubricated with butter to prevent the machine from being disassembled and assembled at will.
3. After cleaning and maintenance, the gourd shall undergo no-load test to confirm normal operation and reliable braking before delivery.
The friction surface of the brake must be kept clean. The brake part should be checked frequently to prevent brake failure and heavy weight falling.

6. 7. For the convenience of maintenance and removal, one part of the hand chain is the open chain (no welding is allowed).
8. During refueling and the use of hand-pulled gourds, the friction surface of the brake shall be kept clean, and the braking force shall be checked frequently to prevent the weight from falling due to brake failure.
