Notes

1) The sealing surface should always be kept clean to avoid the oxidation of residual materials on the sealing surface, which may reduce the life of the electric heating belt and heat-resistant cloth.

2) Do not use a wet cloth to wipe the sealing surface.

3) If the insulation under the electric heating belt is damaged, it will cause a short circuit and damage the electric heating belt. Therefore, when replacing the electric heating belt, it is necessary to check the integrity of the insulation. If there is damage, a new one should be replaced.

4) When replacing the electric heating belt, it must be selected with the same specifications as the original one.

5) Please check the rubber gasket after long-term use. If the rubber gasket is damaged, it will affect the quality of the seal.

Usage Method:

1）This machine does not use a power switch. Plug the AC power cord into an outlet, adjust the heating time according to the thickness of the material to be sealed. Place the plastic bag on the sealing surface, then press the handle, and the circuit will automatically control the heating time. When the indicator light goes out, the power will be automatically turned off. After about 1-2 seconds, release the handle, and the sealing will be completed.

2) If the sealing junction breaks during sealing, it is because the heating time is too long. Please rotate the knob counterclockwise to shorten the heating time.

3) If the sealing is not firm, it is because the heating time is too short. Please rotate the knob clockwise to extend the heating time.

4) If the plastic bag is stuck to the rubber press plate, it indicates that the cooling time is insufficient. You must extend the cooling time after the indicator light goes out. Please wait a little longer before releasing the handle.

5) After the heating time is set, it should be maintained unchanged during use. No further adjustments are necessary when using continuously.

6) This machine can always keep the power cord plugged into the power outlet, and it does not consume electricity when not sealed.
