1. Performance Features

1. This product uses high-tech ceramic PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) heat-sensitive resistors as the heating elements, which heat up quickly. PTC heat-sensitive resistors maintain a constant temperature, and once the heat reaches the design temperature of the glue gun, it will no longer rise, preventing damage to the glue gun caused by overheating of the heating element, saving energy consumption, and achieving the purpose of extending service life. 2. The electrical insulation strength of this product does not break down when powered on at 3750V/minute, and it can be used normally in AC or DC power sources between 110V and 240V. Section 3: Usage Method

1. This series of products can be used for rubber strips with diameters of 0.5-0.75 mm.

2. Insert the adhesive tape from the tail of the glue gun into the gun tube, and then plug in the power to preheat for 5-8 minutes. After that, pull the trigger to squeeze out the melted glue, and you can control the amount of glue.

3. During use, if a glue stick cannot be used in one go, do not remove it. You can plug it in and heat it for 5-8 minutes before using it again.

4. Safety Precautions

2. This product is a high-temperature glue gun, and it should be used with the corresponding size of the glue tape according to the product series. If the user uses glue tape of the wrong size or type, it may cause the glue to flow back and damage the glue gun.

3. When working with the glue gun, the nozzle and the melted adhesive are at a high temperature, so do not touch it with your body; it is prohibited to use it in places with flammable and explosive materials.

4. When using a glue gun, do not lift it high, and the nozzle should not face up; if you do not use glue for 15 consecutive minutes, please turn off the power to prevent the glue from melting backward and damaging the glue gun.

5. Due to the addition of durable materials in the glue gun, there may be smoke emitted during the initial use. After 30 minutes, the smoke will automatically dissipate.

6. It should be regularly maintained to keep the gun tail slider clean to ensure that the seal can be smoothly delivered into the barrel.

7. Do not pull the glue tape out of the glue gun from the rear.

8. When the glue gun is not in use, it should be placed in a place with good ventilation and dryness. It is prohibited to place it in a place with moisture or water, and it is prohibited to place it in a place where children or children can reach.
