Printing Tips
1. Screen printing is a manual process where ink is applied to PVC using a screen. The advantages are: there is no strict requirement for the quantity, and the price is relatively low. However, the drawbacks are: if too many colors are printed, the speed will be slow, and if the pattern is complex, the color matching may not be very accurate. Gradient colors and shadows cannot be achieved. It is best to choose screen printing for simple patterns, and the color of the pattern on one side should not exceed two colors.
2. Color UV printing has the advantages of fast speed, good printing effect, accurate color matching, and no restrictions on the complexity of patterns and colors. However, the drawback is that there is a requirement for the quantity, and the opening once will result in larger losses. The price will be higher than screen printing. UV printing is suitable for large areas and more patterns and colors. It is better to choose UV printing.
The price will be determined based on your material and specification requirements; because the thickness of the material, the number of colors in printing, and the quantity vary, coupled with the unstable price of raw materials, our products are not priced at a fixed rate. We offer preferential prices for larger quantities.
