The body of the machine is controlled by a microprocessor, displaying in Celsius. The preheating temperature range is 120-180°C, and the working temperature is 180-200°C. The time can be set from 0 to 99 seconds.
3. The machine handles of our factory are made of electroplated mold injection handles, which solve the weaknesses of easy detachment and poor strength of the electroplated bullet-shaped handles.

Gift Printing Process:
 
Print the designed image using a printer with heat transfer ink onto color inkjet paper (usually the best effect is achieved with the yellow back color inkjet paper, with the white side as the printing surface and the yellow side as the back).
Need to print on a mirror image, or on heat transfer paper (smooth side, make sure to dry after printing before transferring), then cut out the pattern, wrap it over the cup surface (with the image facing the cup), and secure it with high-temperature tape.
Turn on the heat transfer device power, adjust the temperature and time appropriately according to the different products to be printed. (Before mass production, it is necessary to test print small samples and obtain approval.)
Adjust the pressure to the appropriate amount according to the different printed products.
At this time, the machine automatically enters the heating transfer state. After the temperature reaches the set temperature, the machine begins the countdown. When the countdown reaches "0", the machine emits a long "drip~drip~" beep sound. Turn off the power, remove the printed item, tear off the drawing, and a DIY gift is completed.
