Baking Cup Machine Operation Instructions
1. Plug in the power and turn on the power switch. (The machine is rated at 220V, and the rated input power is 350W)
2. Set the operation procedure: (The temperature display of this device is in Fahrenheit).
Start Temperature: Press the mode setting key once to activate the setting indicator light. Then use the addition or subtraction key to set the start temperature.
Maximum Temperature: Press the mode setting key twice, and the temperature indicator light will turn on. Then, press the addition or subtraction key to set the maximum temperature.
Maximum temperature baking time: Press the mode setting key three times, at this time the time indicator light, press the addition or subtraction key to set the maximum temperature baking time.
Waiting for execution: Press the mode setting key four times, and the machine will enter the waiting for execution state.
Note: The starting temperature is set at 200~380 degrees, and the maximum temperature is set at 200~430 degrees.
The highest temperature baking time is set from 0 to 999 seconds.
This machine is equipped with a temperature setting self-locking function. That is, if the initial temperature is set to 340 degrees, the machine will automatically limit the maximum temperature setting range to 340 to 430 degrees. Conversely, if the maximum temperature is set to 250 degrees first, the machine will automatically limit the initial temperature setting range to 200 to 250 degrees.
Parameter Recommendation: Set the starting temperature to 230 degrees, the highest temperature to 330 degrees, and the highest temperature baking time to 30 seconds.
Note: The hot stamping pattern quality issue warning:
Color is too light: The temperature is too low, the pressure is not even, or the time is too short.
B. Blurry pattern: Long-term exposure causes ink diffusion.
C. Pattern surface is matte: Too much pressure or too high temperature.
D. Partial blurring of the pattern: Inequitable distribution of heat in the embossing area.
The pattern has scars: the heat transfer time was too long.
The pattern color depth is uneven: the pressure is not uniform or the object transfer coating is not uniform.
G. Adhesive Tape: The temperature is too high or the object's transfer coating is poor.
