Usage Method:

1. Securely attach the paint can, container assembly, and air hose to the spray gun.

2. The air pressure used for spraying depends on the viscosity and properties of the paint, which varies, but generally, please use 0.25~0.4MPa for spraying.

3. The viscosity of paint also varies depending on the properties and working conditions of the paint, but generally, a viscosity of 17 to 23 S is considered suitable;

4. Spraying distance: 15-20m. If the spraying distance is too close or too far, or if the spray gun is moved in a circular arc, the paint film thickness will not be beautiful.

Notes:

1. Please do not damage the air cover, the various spray holes of the coating nozzle, and the needle valve.

2. Please clean each component by immersing it in a dilute solution and using a brush. Do not immerse the entire spray gun in the dilute solution.

3. When cleaning the coating channel, please spray a small amount of diluent.

4. When disassembling and assembling, please carefully clean the parts to prevent garbage from attaching to them.
