I. Purchasing Instructions:

1. Stock standard products are shipped in a minimum quantity of 1 box. The lowest online quantity is the packing quantity. Products are mixed in the factory. If you have special requirements, please contact customer service.

2. Regarding dimensions: Our products are photographed with actual items. Due to the different distances of the lens, the size may appear different. Please ensure you carefully check the dimensions and do not measure the product size based on your imagination.

3. Due to the display and shooting angle issues, color differences are normal. If you are very concerned about the color, please contact the store first and then take pictures of the product!

4. When purchasing stock for domestic sales, business must pay attention: for products with hot transfer and embossing processes such as flower paper and film, such as the pattern at the bottom of the basin, the top of the lunch box, the outer pattern of the trash can, and the outer ring of the cup, it may occur due to market demand, etc., the situation does not match the picture, and we will not notify again. (This change will only affect the pattern, not the product shape, quality, and price.)

Sample Description:

1、Only when there is a clear and specific intention to order (including product model, quantity, and printing requirements), can our company provide you with related product samples. Due to the limited inventory of samples, we regret that we cannot establish gift websites or store samples for customers to choose for newly established gift companies, or to meet the requirements of bulk purchase of product samples to our side. Please understand.

2. For all sample requests to our company, whether the product is large or small, or the quantity is large or small, a deposit for the sample is required.

3. After the formal contract is signed, the sample deposit will be applied to the purchase price of the ordered products or will be directly refunded to you.

4. After our company receives the relevant payment, we will arrange to send out the product samples immediately.

5. The courier fees for sending samples are borne by the purchaser, and the courier company will collect them on the spot when delivering the goods.

Customization Instructions:

1. About the prototype:

The product samples must be produced and manufactured only after the formal contract is signed and the deposit is paid, and the sample fee will be charged accordingly. After the formal order is placed and the quantity reaches a certain amount, the sample fee will be refunded. The time spent on the sample does not count within the production period.

Please provide a complete and clear electronic graphic file, and provide the international Pantone color card number.

The document format for the graphic design is CDR, AI, or PSD. The text should be converted to curves.

Fourthly, shipping time

We usually have stock for wholesale and supermarket orders, and we can ship the goods on the same day after receiving the payment. For export orders and gift orders, the production schedule will be arranged according to the specific requirements and quantities of the customers. (Please be reminded that the time for transportation is an uncertain factor, especially for long-distance deliveries, you need to allow enough time).

Section Five: About Packaging

The products you ordered are household goods, which are mostly packaged in standard cardboard boxes. The individual products are usually packaged in OPP bags. The logistics charge is based on the volume of the packaging, as the products are relatively light, so the volume is the standard for calculation. For specific charges, our company can help you inquire about the logistics transportation costs.

Section 6: Transportation

1)、 Logistics is generally paid upon receipt. If you need us to collect, please contact customer service to ask for the address to check the actual freight.

2) When the goods arrive, it is generally necessary for the buyer to go to the local freight point to pick up the goods themselves. If you need to have the goods delivered to your door, the local freight point will charge a certain delivery fee. For details, please contact the seller for consultation.

3)、The freight time varies according to the distance, please consult the store for specific locations. Additionally, due to our inability to control the logistics companies, occasional delays in the delivery of goods caused by factors such as weather and road conditions, we kindly ask for the understanding of the buyers.

Section 7: About Receiving and Signing

All products are carefully counted both manually and by machine before shipment to ensure the correct quantity is sent out. However, it is still sometimes encountered that the quantity decreases or is damaged during transportation. Please carefully inspect the packaging upon receiving the goods. If the packaging is incomplete, please count the goods in person before signing for them. If any shortage is found, please immediately inquire with the logistics and contact our customer service at the same time.

8. About After-sales Service

Plastic products are low-value-added and low-priced consumables, so we do not accept returns due to quality issues once the product is sold. Our factory does not provide unconditional return services (the contract for foreign trade orders and gift orders will be subject to the actual contract).

Plastic products are fragile and breakage is inevitable during transportation. We will assume 60% of the responsibility.
