【Functional Description】

5. Check if the probe of the salt content tester is clean, if not, please clean it with neutral cleaner.
6. The soup base temperature should be between 60-90 degrees, insert the probe into the object to be measured, for about 8-10 seconds. When the thermometer detects the corresponding temperature, the result will be accurate.
7. Press the ON switch of the salt content tester, and watch the Power indicator light turn green. If it doesn't light up, it means the battery voltage is too low and a new battery needs to be replaced.
8. Insert the salt content probe into the solution at least 2CM, and maintain a distance of at least 1CM from the container wall for testing. After the display stabilizes, read the last read value of the bright red light, which is the detection value.
9. After the test, clean the probe part of the salt content tester with neutral cleaner.
