Description

The manual push trolley is driven by a manually pushed lifting load. It moves along the lower edge of the I-beam track. A hand-pulled hoist or other lifting machinery is suspended below the trolley, enabling the formation of a manual lifting and transportation trolley. Product Specifications:

1. The single-track trolley must not be used with overloading.

2. When transporting heavy objects with the single-track trolley, no one is allowed to walk or work under the load.

3. When lifting heavy objects, ensure the center of gravity of the monorail cart is within the plane of the I-beam web; otherwise, do not lift it. During operation of the monorail cart, the hand-tied chain should be under tension in the central plane of the handwheel, and it must not be pulled at an angle.

4. If the manual pull force becomes abnormal, do not pull forcefully; immediately stop using it and check the cause.

5. For the monorail car, lubricate the gears and track surface regularly, and check whether any fasteners are loose.

6. Single-track trolley: The hand-pulled single-track train operates using I-beams as supports. Therefore, I-beams that show deformation, distortion, cracking, or do not meet standards, along with other defects, cannot be used for the single-track train.

1. It is strictly prohibited to use the vehicle beyond its rated load capacity.

2. When the vehicle is lifting heavy objects, no one is allowed to walk or work under the load.

3. Bearings and rail surfaces should be regularly filled with lubricating grease, and all fasteners should be checked for any looseness.
