1. This product uses high-tech ceramic PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) thermistors as heating elements, which allows for rapid heating. PTC thermistors maintain a constant temperature, stopping the temperature from rising once it reaches the design temperature of the glue gun, preventing damage to the glue gun caused by overheating of the heating element, saving energy consumption, and achieving the purpose of extending the service life.

2. The electrical insulation strength of this product does not break under a 3750V/minute continuous voltage, and it can be used normally in an AC or DC power source between 100V and 240V. It is not limited by voltage fluctuations, and it is equipped with internal safety fuses for safer use.

Section 3: Usage Method

1. This series of products can be used for rubber strips with a diameter of 1.1 to 1.2 mm.

2. Insert the adhesive tape into the glue gun at the end, push it into the barrel, plug in the power, preheat for 5-8 minutes, then pull the trigger to squeeze out the adhesive, and you can control the amount of adhesive.

3. During use, if a whole rubber band is not used up at one time, do not remove it. You can plug in the power and heat it for 5-8 minutes before using it again.

Attention:

1. The use of voltage 100V—240V, frequency 50 to 60Hz.

2. This product is a high-temperature glue gun, and it should be selected with the corresponding size of the glue tape according to the product series. If the glue tape of the wrong size or type is used, it may cause the solvent to reflux and damage the glue gun.

3. When working with the glue gun, the nozzle and the melted glue are at a high temperature, so do not touch them with your hands. It is prohibited to use it in places with flammable and explosive materials.

4. When working with a glue gun, do not hold it high, and the nozzle should not be pointed upwards. If you do not use the glue for 15 consecutive minutes, please turn off the power to prevent the glue from melting backwards and damaging the glue gun.

5. Due to the addition of durable materials in the glue gun, there will be a smoking phenomenon upon initial use. After 30 minutes of use, the smoke will automatically clear.

6. It is necessary to maintain the cleanliness of the gun tail slider frequently to ensure that the seal can be smoothly inserted into the barrel.

7. Do not pull the tape from the gun's tail.

8. When the glue gun is not in use, it should be placed in a place with good ventilation and dryness, and it is prohibited to place it in a place with moisture or water. It is prohibited to place it in a place where children can reach.
